Common questions
What counts as a minute?
Minutes are billed per second and rounded to the nearest second. One minute = one full 60-second call. Voicemails and no-answers do not count.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
On the Starter plan, any minutes beyond 500 are billed at $0.30 per minute. On Professional, the same $0.30/min rate applies after 1,000 minutes. You will see overages reflected clearly on your monthly invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What is the Custom plan for?
