A booked appointment counts even if the contact later cancels or does not show up.

We control whether an appointment gets booked. We do not control whether someone turns up, and neither do you.

Your first month is charged when you start and is not refunded. We run the calls and you keep every recording and transcript.

If you have not reached 5 appointments by day 30, your next monthly charge is deferred. You are not billed again until the fifth appointment is booked.

Cancel any time, no contract. Cancelling ends both the calling and the guarantee.
